Abstract: The seminar will give a practical and legal overview of the usual types of business/contractual arrangements with a Brazilian partner, including services, agency, representation and distribution agreements between a Belgium based company and a Brazilian company, as well as joint ventures between Belgium companies and local or foreign partners in Brazil.

He settled there a glass factory for AGC and stayed as supply chain manager for several years.
